Maximum allowed transmitter output power: 4 W carrier power in AM mode, or 12 W peak envelope power in single sideband mode. Antenna height is limited to 20 ft above the structure/tree it is mounted on, or 60 ft above the ground.

What happened to 26.995, 27.045, 27.095, 27.145, and 27.195 MHz? Those frequencies are used by Remote Control (R/C) transmitters. CB channel 23 (27.255 MHz) is shared with R/C transmitters.
